We are committed to conducting our business in a manner that minimizes harm, maximizes positive contributions, and creates long-term value for all stakeholders. This Sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Policy outlines our strategic approach to responsible business operations.

Our sustainability strategy is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Paris Climate Agreement, and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards. We report annually on our progress and submit to independent third-party verification.

2. Environmental Commitments

2.1 Carbon Reduction Targets

SafeTransit EXPRESS has established science-based targets for carbon reduction in line with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi):

• Near-term (2030): 50% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions from 2022 baseline
• Mid-term (2035): 75% reduction in Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions
• Long-term (2040): Net-zero emissions across all operations and value chain

2.2 Renewable Fleet Transition

We are actively transitioning our delivery fleet to zero-emission vehicles:

• 40% of our last-mile delivery fleet is currently electric or hydrogen-powered
• All new vehicle acquisitions must meet Euro 7 or equivalent emission standards
• Partnership with leading EV manufacturers for custom logistics vehicles
• Investment in hydrogen fuel cell technology for long-haul operations
• Pilot programs for electric cargo aircraft on short-haul routes
• Full fleet electrification target for urban deliveries by 2030

2.3 Sustainable Packaging

Our sustainable packaging program addresses waste throughout the supply chain:

• 100% recyclable or compostable packaging materials by 2028
• Elimination of single-use plastics from all operations by 2027

• Right-sizing algorithms to minimize void fill and material waste

• On-site solar installations at 15 major distribution centers
